Four - $2000 Scholarships to be Awarded

Clare Ramdin: It is very important to recognize the life of Clare Ramdin and how she quietly impacted so many people's lives. Born and raised in Scotland, Clare moved to the Kootenays in the mid 60 's and had a fulfilling career as a Purchaser for Crestbrook Forest Industries. She volunteered for many charities in Cranbrook. This volunteerism even extended to Mexico. In Mexico, as she enjoyed the warm sun, she worked with underprivileged youth. Clare's desire to help others is the cornerstone of this scholarship.
